Sponge finger biscuit dipped in Baileys-Coffee syrup, layered with light mascarpone cheese mixture, spiked with a little more Baileys, dusted with velvety rich Valrhona cocoa powder.
We use mascarpone cheese and dairy cream from France, which gives the ultra light texture. Taste how the light cream melts in your mouth, bringing along the combination of Baileys and coffee, and finally ending with the chocolatey and velvety Valrhona cocoa powder.
Best served chilled. Lasts 1-2 days in fridge.
Container Size: 8cm diameter on top, 6.5cm height. Great for 1-2 pax.
