AOP French butter is used for our buttercream, which makes the buttercream super light and smooth, without a greasy after-taste, which has been well-liked by many of our customers! You’d be happy to know that our cakes are made with reduced sugar as well.
As a small local business with a commitment to the highest-quality ingredients and a mind for sustainability, we source our ingredients from reputable companies - from both imported and local sources.

We support local companies for basic ingredients such as unbleached flour, eggs, sugar. We also use imported premium ingredients such as aluminum-free baking powder, Valrhona chocolate and cocoa powder, AOP French butter as well as real extracts, to ensure every customer can enjoy our delicious treats without worrying about ingredients.

Our cakes are made in small batches, so you can expect fresh and great homemade flavors from them. Use of baking additives (such as sponge emulsifier, preservatives) is minimised wherever possible because we want to bring the best, homemade flavors to you.
