Choosing A Cake

Our cakes are mostly buttercream cakes, for a clean and neat finish.

We use exclusively Swiss Meringue Buttercream, made with AOP French butter, which makes the buttercream extra light and smooth, with no greasy after-taste.

Buttercream cakes are best eaten at room temperature, for optimal taste. You do not need to chill the cake in the fridge after pickup or receiving it, as long as you serve within 2-4h at normal room temperature, away from direct sun and heat.

If you would be serving more than 4h later, you may want to put the cake into the fridge. Before cutting the cake, bring it out to room temperature for at least 30-45 mins (room temp) or 45-60 mins (air con temp).



If you like the usual bakery type of cake, we have:

If you prefer a soft but with slightly more bite cake layers, you can go for:
