Please take time to read through the Terms & Conditions, as they apply to the usage of the website and/or purchasing of products. Product prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (S$).

2.1 Order Lead Time
Standard bakes order should be placed 3 working days prior to event date, subject to availability. All payments are required to be made in full, via credit card, bank transfer, PayLah or PayNow.

For bakes requiring customisation, we require at least 3 weeks in advance of event date, subject to availability of slots. Therefore, we encourage you to get in touch with us 4-6 weeks prior to event date.

2.2 Payment
For payment via PayLah or PayNow, we will provide you with the number for transferring. Payment is required to be done within 24h for order to be taken in.

2.3 Cancellation / Changes
Once order is placed, cancellation will be allowed only if it is 7 working days prior to event date. This is because we usually purchase supplies and tools a week prior. Notification of cancellation is required in writing. There will be a 15% admin fee, and store credits will be issued based on remaining amount.

Should there be any exceptional circumstances leading to cancellation, we may consider waiving the 15% admin fee, based on case by case basis.

For changes in order (eg. adding on items or lesser qty), please email us with order # at least 5 working days prior to event date. Changes will be subjected to availability and lead time.

All standard cakes will be packed into white cake boxes; party and customised cakes will be packed into transparent cake boxes.

Other desserts will be packed into white boxes.

Please note that we do not replicate exact designs of other cake shops or bakers, as we acknowledge the time and effort in doing their cake designs.

All photos on this website are for reference only. While we strive to ensure quality work, and the accuracy in design and color palettes of the cake designs, our cakes are handmade, and therefore may have slight variation.

There may also be slight variation in the cake design (such as addition of sprinkles or cake banner) to improve overall look. 

For customised cakes only, we will provide a cake sketch upon payment of deposit, and if confirmation of design is at least 3 weeks prior to event date.

Changes to collection date can only be done if we are notified at least 7 working days prior to event date.
Changes to collection time can be done at least 2 working days prior to event date, subjected to availability of our time slots. Priority will be given to customers who have confirmed time slots on that day.

We are conveniently located within 5 min walk from Tai Seng MRT station (Circle Line): 1 Irving Place #02-26, The Commerze @ Irving, S369546.

We encourage both deliveries or self-collections to be done close to your event time. Should you need to do any setup for your event, it is recommended to arrange for delivery or self-collection timing to allow you to finish setting up before the guests come in.

Collections must be done within our studio opening time:
- Tue to Fri: 10am - 5pm
- Sat: 9.30am - 5.30pm
- Sun: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Should you require a delivery or collection timing that is not within our opening hours, please contact us for any possible arrangement, subject to availability.
Bakes that are not collected by the closing hour, will be kept for collection on the next day. Items that are not collected within 2 working days will be discarded, and refunds or cancellation will not be available.

For delivery, we engage in external experienced partners. There will be a charge of S$25 per location. There will be additional of S$5 into ERP zones. There will be a $10 surcharge if delivery route exceeds 20km. We will email you on the additional charges after we receive your order online.

Deliveries are available from:
- Tue to Fri: 10.30am to 5.30pm
- Sat and Sun: 10am to 5.30pm

Our delivery partner will deliver within a 60-min time frame. This time allowance is for traffic conditions while en-route to your location.

Please ensure there is someone to check the cake and receive a handover form. Should there be no one to receive the items, our delivery partner will call the contact person and wait for 5 mins.

If there is no-show, the delivery partner will return the cake back to us. Customer will then have to contact us to re-arrange for another delivery (additional $25) or self-collect at our studio within our opening hours.

To secure a slot for delivery, you will need to indicate delivery at least 3 working days prior to event date.
