PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 Product prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (S$).
2. CAKE DESIGN AND SERVING SIZE
2.1. We do not copy and replicate exact designs of other bakeries.
2.2. Slight variation may be made to final cake design, such as placement of sprinkles/toppers, font size etc, for aesthetic reasons.
2.3. Recommended serving sizes are based on estimations only.
2.4. If you require changes to standard and party designs, such as changing buttercream color not listed / removing certain design element on the cake / replace certain design element on the cake, a customisation fee will apply, depending on the design and work required. Should you purchase directly without checking with us, we will reserve the right to collect price difference before proceeding with the item(s).
3. ORDER LEAD TIME
3.1. Standard and party cakes and desserts available for direct purchase on our website, are subjected to 3 - 5 working days lead time, prior to event date.
3.2. 3 working days lead time:
- Standard Cakes: 6" / 8" / 2 Tier
- Party Cakes: 6" / 8"
- Fondant Words that are purchased as add-ons
3.3. 5 working days lead time:
- Party Cakes: 2 Tier
- Fondant 3D Figurines that are purchased as add-ons
3.4. Other than items under "Next Day Collection", all items purchased with less than the lead time specified will be subjected to availability and rush fee, or the amount being converted to store credit, after offsetting admin fees ($10 + 15% of total amount).
3.5. For customised bakes, we require lead time of at least 3 weeks in advance of event date. Therefore, you are encouraged to get in touch with us 4-6 weeks prior to event date.
3.6. For urgent orders, depending on our availability, the rush fees may apply:
- Standard and Party items, less than 3 working days, 35% surcharge
- Customised items, less than 2 weeks away, 25% - 35% surcharge, depending on design complexity
- Customised items, less than 1 week away, 40% - 50% surcharge, depending on design complexity
3.7. The rush fee is made towards rush for purchasing of ingredients and materials, and/or for rush design and arrangement of manpower.
4.1. Payment is required to be made in full for standard cake and dessert items available on the website.
4.2. Payment methods for direct website purchases: credit cards, Paylah, bank transfer.
5.1. Collection is available at our studio: 1 Irving Place #02-26 The Commerze @ Irving Singapore 369546.
5.2. Please collect at your chosen time slot (30 min interval).
5.3. Should you need to change the collection time slot, please inform us 24 hours in advance, subjected to availability.
5.4. 5.3. Should you need to change the collection date, please inform us at least 2 weeks prior to updated event date, subjected to availability. If slots are not available on updated event date, order cancellation / amendment conditions would apply.
5.4. Changing from a self-collect order to delivery order will be subjected to availability of delivery partners. Usual delivery fees apply ($25 - $35 depending on distance), and you will need to inform us by email or Whatsapp 36 hours before event date. Surcharge of $18 will apply for changes of collection status for less than 36 hours of notice (minimum 24 hours notice).
5.5. Collections must be done within our studio opening time:
- Tue to Fri: 10am - 5pm
- Sat: 10am - 5.30pm
- Sun: 10am - 5.30pm
5.6. Should you require a collection timing that is not within our opening hours, please contact us for any possible arrangement, subject to availability. Bakes not collected by the closing hour, will be kept for collection on the next day. Items that are not collected within 2 working days will be discarded, and refunds or cancellation will not be available.
6.1. We engage experienced delivery partners for delivery. There will be a charge of S$25 per location; and additional of S$5 into ERP zones and chalets / $10 to Sentosa. There will also be a $10 surcharge if delivery route exceeds 20km.
6.2. Deliveries are available from:
- Tue to Fri: 10.30am to 6pm
- Sat and Sun: 10am to 6pm
6.3. If you are holding your celebration at an external vendor venue (such as chalet or indoor playground), please ensure venue is open and can receive the cake on your behalf during chosen delivery time slot. Otherwise, re-delivery charges may apply.
6.4. Please ensure there is someone to receive the cake at chosen delivery time slot (60 min time interval). Re-delivery charge ($15 surcharge + delivery fee) will apply if our delivery partner has to make another trip back.
6.5. If there is no one present during the chosen time slot, the delivery partner will wait for 10 mins. He may call recipient for further instructions, and he may leave the item(s) on the door handle or shelf. We cannot be held responsible for the items if they are left unattended when the delivery partner leaves.
6.6. If recipient cannot be reached, or if there is no stable place to leave the item(s), the delivery partner will have to return the item(s) to our studio. Booking of same day re-delivery will not be possible. We encourage you to self-collect on the same day, subject to our availability. Re-delivery within next 2 days will be subjected to surcharge of $15, on top of delivery fee.
6.7. Changing from a self-collect order to delivery order will be subjected to availability of delivery partners. 6.8. Request of change of delivery date / time / location will be subjected to availability and admin fee of $10. You will need to inform us of the change 36 hours before event date. Surcharge of $18 will apply for changes of collection status for less than 36 hours of notice (minimum 24 hours notice).
6.9. Should you require a delivery or collection timing that is not within our opening hours, please contact us for any possible arrangement, subject to availability.

7. CAKE / DESSERT DAMAGE
7.1. We cannot be liable for damages to the cake after collection / signing for receiving of the cake.
7.2. Please exercise reasonable care in displaying the cake, ie on a strong and sturdy table (especially for tiered cakes). Should you be displaying on a cake stand, please select a cake stand with at least 12" plate. Ensure there is no shaking / knocking onto the table when the cake is being displayed.
7.3. Our buttercream cakes are stable in room temperature for up to 4 hours, ie they DO NOT melt in normal room temperature. However, buttercream being buttercream, do exercise reasonable care in storing and displaying the cake. Please do not place cake near direct heat or under direct sun, ie not near BBQ pit or under the sun in a beach. Do not also leave the cake unattended in a car without aircon or in the boot where there is no air circulation. We cannot be liable for damages in such situations.
7.4. We take our cake and fondant toppers structure seriously. Fondant toppers will be attached with skewers as necessary, for stability. Certain fondant topper will be transported separately for transport stability, with simple instructions on how to place onto cake. Please follow the directions to ensure stability of the toppers. We cannot be liable in situations where instructions are not being followed.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT
8.1. Cancellation and amendments for standard and party cake and dessert items, that can be purchased directly on our website, are not allowed once order payment has been completed and processed, due to the tight lead time.
8.2. In any extraordinary situations (case by case basis), please write to us latest 2 weeks before event date. Should cancellations or amendments be allowed, an admin processing fee $10 will apply.
8.3. Further for cancellations, the amount paid less admin processing fee ($10 + 4% of invoice amount) will then be converted to store credits.
8.4. Partial refunds are not allowed. Store credit will be provided for your next purchase (one time usage only, not transferable).
8.5. For amendments, if the amended order amount is less than the amount paid previously, no refund will be made. Should there be an increase in price, the price difference has to be paid 1 week before event date.
9. DIETARY CONCERNS / ALLERGIES
9.1. We do not specialise in cakes and desserts with dietary concerns or allergies. Thus our cakes are not recommended for those with allergies or dietary concerns such as diabetes. We cannot be held liable for allergy concerns.
9.2. We are not halal-certified, however we do not use pork or lard related ingredients / tools in our kitchen. Do check with your Muslim friends if you would be sharing our cakes or dessert items. If you require cakes strictly with halal certification, please check with venue prior to ordering. We are not liable for cancellation of order for such reasons. Cancellation as above (7. Order Cancellation / Amendment) will apply.
10.1. Promotions, discounts and discount codes cannot be used together.
10.2. Promotions, discounts and discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
10.3. Mailing list promotion can be redeemed (12 Pc tartlets) with every $120 purchase if you are on our mailing list. Please check out using the email you have signed up, so that we can tally against our system.
10.4. Mailing list promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, codes or promotion. Items will be sent out on order day. Not exchangeable for cash.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
