Usher in the Chinese New Year with the ever-popular pineapple tarts! Join us in learning how to make our popular salted egg yolk pineapple tarts. Great for beginners in baking.

Learning Objectives:
- Making of salted egg yolk pastry from scratch, including how to prepare the salted egg yolks
- Techniques and tips in wrapping the pastry with pineapple paste properly.

Details:
- Private workshop booking: Min 2 pax - 4 pax
- Duration: 2.5 hours. Available from 29 Dec 2019 - 16 Jan 2020. Date and Timing to be arranged upon booking.

- You will bring back 1 bottle of salted yolk pineapple tarts (about 16 pcs).
- Making of dough will be pair work; Rolling and wrapping of pineapple tarts will be individually
- Pineapple paste will be prepared in advance
- Duration of class may be extended, till everyone complete the tarts.
- Fees must be paid in full at least 1 week in advance to secure booking of date.
- Cancellation or postponing of class will not be allowed with less than 2 weeks' notice.
